Since 2012, Educational Access Institute has worked with youth in the United States and the Caribbean to increase the skill sets and opportunities that position them to assume leadership positions in their schools and communities. This is realized through our Y-Lead Leadership Academy, our annual Youth Empowerment Day, and our Youth Social Science Research Poster Opportunity.
